Branch chain amino acids are three specific amino acid namely, leucine, isoleucine and valine that are part of the nine essential amino acids. RECOMMENDED USE: To make a great tasting BCAA drink, mix 20g with 300ml of water in a shaker or blender and consume throughout your workout.
